Electricity supply problems near Allan Way

Hello,My local transformer is close to Allan Way and Western Avenue. I am getting short bursts of much higher voltage than normal, with several spikes within about half a second. This is happening at random at the moment, separated by a few hours. The last time this happened it was water getting into the old cables and shorting between phases about every 20 minutes. If you see similar spikes please report it, it will get worse until they find and fix the problem. The area covered includes Gypsy Corner to Canada Crescent.

I have been informed that the fault was on another branch from the transformer and was fixed overnight on Thursday.

I was warned that my supply might be cut while the fault was fixed, but no sign of a cut yet so I do not know whether it has been fixed although I have not seen the problem since.
