I found a card wallet in Acton park this morning belonging to a Nicole Hills, has an oyster photocard and a couple of other things in it.

Tried social media. No joy so far. The police don't deal with lost property. Tfl make a lot of money from lost oysters so yes they are useless. I rang the gym where she is a member possibly and passed on my contact details so hopefully she can get in touch with me.Thanks everyone.

The police actually suggest that you use social media to find the owner.

The police don't really do lost property in the same way that they used to. There have been too many cuts to the service. Too many police stations are closing.
I’d suggest you hand it in to Acton Police Station as they are authorised to make a few enquiries and locate the person

I found an Oyster photo card a few months ago and I phoned Tfl and they were absolutely useless. In the end I ended up cutting it up! So good luck with TfL!
