Hello, I saw your post late this evening about contacting the parent brand of The Harvester, MBPLC regarding The Goldsmith opportunity.  It just so happens that earlier this evening I sent the email below to the following people in the acquisitions team - Alex Hill who is responsible for this part of London I believe, the acquisitions director and aquisitions general email contact.Dear Alex,I hope you’re well.I don’t know if you’re the right person for potential Harvester Locations, however please find attached an opportunity that maybe of interest in Acton, London W3 - you may or may not already be aware of this.If you’re not the correct person please could you let me know the appropriate person to contact. The site is the former Goldsmith arms located on East Acton Lane within a residential area - it has a very large established beer garden and ample parking.  Locally there is a David Lloyds centre (diagonally opposite the pub), due to open up within 6 months currently undergoing construction; within 0.4 miles there will be a large residential barrat housing construction on a current homebase site; parallel to the A40 which is close the rear of the pub, Nottinghill housing are building up to 500 units. The whole of this area will benefit from the influx of people who will be part of the east Acton and park royal regeneration, together with cross rail opening later this year at Acton mainline.I hope you find the attached information useful. I am not responsible for the sale of this property but I’m a concerned resident who lives locally.  We have seen the pub sold which has been a great loss to the local community as one of the only places suitable for families.  As your company has many brands I thought it maybe of use to you rather than see it turned into a residential scheme.  The local community groups are extremely supportive of it remaining a public house - local groups have been set up in support.Best wishes,
