Dangerous motorcycle delivery drivers
I live in Hillcrest Road W3. The junction with Gunnersbury Lane has been closed to vehicular traffic for a few years, but there are cycle access lanes either side of the barrier. Motorcycles are prohibited, and the correct signage is in place. However, delivery riders are increasingly speeding through the cycle lanes. People are not expecting motor vehicles, so cross the junction without looking. I fear that there will be a nasty accident one day. Dominos Pizza riders are especially prevalent & aggressive. I have tried speaking to them, but to no avail. Some have driven at me, and one ran me down. I was unhurt, but contacted the police. I gave a statement. However, they eventually dropped the case - presumably through lack of witnesses. I have followed up with them, but had no reply. I've asked the council to have their CCTV-car visit the location, but to no avail. Moreover, I have noticed delivery riders in general doing more illegal & dangerous manoeuvres. It is not uncommon to see them driving their motorcycles along pavements. Any suggestions on how to address the issue would be very welcome.
