Rubbish collection

Has anyone had their rubbish collected around Goldsmith Avenue ?I expected them today . The website said over Christmas period ..If usual day a Thursday it would be a SaturdayJust checking they didn’t miss my containers..thanks

thanks for repliesYep they missed mine, I have contacted the council by email , hopefully they will resolve the matter. Though trying to complain on their website is very difficult. One automative reply to my enquiry told me I wasn’t registered at a residential address !

Maggie, we have a Thursday collection and the bins were emptied yesterday.It would appear they missed yours.

Just to check you had the right week:https://www.ealing.gov.uk/site/custom_scripts/waste_collection/waste_collection.aspxYou can download your new recycling and waste calendar here.It does say that Thursday's collection will be on Saturday.  So hope somebody else on your collection route will answer you.
