I'd not heard of the email notifications. I use the website and print out the 12 month timetable for us and our elderly neighbour:I also use the @home app on my phone that sends reminders about what to put out. Both in the link below.https://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201167/rubbish_and_recycling/2015/find_your_rubbish_and_recycling_collection_day

The automatic notifications end this week anyhow - so from now on it's all guesswork....

Better be safe than sorry, as many people go to work B4 the bin men arrive. As you know if in is not in the right area they won't be picked up.Thanks for link I did chuckle.

I love the way that residents put out both bins! Here's the info about the missile warning:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018_Hawaii_false_missile_alertBTW someone on Ealing Today reports having 28 messages about their bins this week!

????
Technology doesn't always help. Shouldn't be as stressful as an impending missile attack warning though!

Yes and says black bin. But checked with neighbour they say blue bin will see in the morning.
Did you check online? Isn't it quite likely to be a mistake.
