Solar Panel Group buying scheme

Had letter today on behalf of Mayor of London/Ealing Council to take part in a group buying scheme across London to get solar panels.Theory being that if many sign up then price will be less.More athttp://solartogetherlondon.co.uk/ealing Registering interest is not a commitment to buy.

Seems like a good idea an you can register interest as you say without a commitment to buy.  If there's still time this weekend may be a good time to talk something like this over - especially if the weather is lousy.
