Local Elections

Does anyone know if there is to be a meeting prior to the local elections in May where the candidates are invited to present their manifesto, similar to what was done prior to the previous elections at the new Acton sports centre?

Now heard that the Greens are participating so we have a full house. It will be a Question time format so think about what you want to ask - local issues remember - and write it down when you get there - we will provide paper and pens. Should be interesting.

Yes to confirm that the CCA and St Mary's church are jointly organising a hustings for the local elections on Thursday 26 April at 7.30 pm . Doors open at 7.15. We have confirmation that the 3 main parties plus one independent (so far) are participating. Just waiting to hear from a couple of others plus the Green Party. All are welcome - you don't have to be a CCA member to come along.
