Date for Poet's Corner street party?

Good morning. Does anyone know the confirmed date for the Poet's Corner Street party?  Or can tell me to whom I could speak with/ email to find out?We are planning an event at Friars Gardens, but do not wish to conflict with other events.Thank you so much,Juliet
