Change of vehicle - residents parking
Has anyone any advice on how to get Ealing borough parking services to respond to a request for clarification on papers needed to transfer a vehicle. I have to wait up to four weeks for my log book to arrive, Ford have sent me a letter stating I am the new owner, will this suffice? I have written to parking services twice and received only once a generic reply which did not answer my question. I have written to the complaints department and received no reply. So fellow resident parkers- I await any ideas.
