Water for birds (and hedgehogs)

If you have a bird bath or a shallow bowl you can put in your gardens or on your balconies, please remember to keep them topped up with water, as the birds are desperate for a drink at the moment.If you have a garden that is hedgehog accessible, remember to put a bowl of water out for them too.

Nice to leave a bowl of water out front as well for passing dogs, seen a few out for walk with the owner and looking like they are about to collapse, poor things, best to walk them in the cool of the evening.

No hedgehogs, sadly, but a couple of young foxes drink regularly from our bird bath, as do most of the local cats...
