My answer would be a no. Think the aim is to build as many flats as possible, pocket as much money as possible, and how the residents (old and new) live/cope with this, not their problem - they've moved on to building other flats elsewhere, to pocket yet more money. Meanwhile, we're left with the fallout, and no interest from the council. I really think it's time Acton had it's own council and administration, as being under Ealing council is really not serving the residents and community of Acton.
