Fatal cycle accident in Shepherds Bush?

My guest just got home, rather shaken, and said he had just seen a cyclist killed by a left-turning coach or bus  in Shepherds Bush.Apparently the cyclist died before the ambulance could get there.Sounds ghastly but I can't find anything more about it.

Looks like that - Murtesa said it was a bus or coach. Glad the victim didn't die at the scene as he had thought.

According to this report the collision wasn't fatal, didn't involve a cyclist and, depending where it was on the Shepherd's Bush Road, may not have been in Shepherd's Bush.
