Why does LBE seem to support Heathrow Expansion / the 4th Runway?

I mean, is it against their Ideological Agenda?I'm aware that nearly half of Southall works there, but the rest of us don't, and I'm sure we can all do without the extra noise, traffic and pollution.Something is just not right when all the other Boroughs are up in arms and supporting Stopping, but LBE isn't.

Fair enough, however most residents who are affected by Heathrow's expansion are against it.Whatever happened to Democracy and decision by majority?No argument from me regarding Gatwick, which is the obvious choice. I'm astounded that Heathrow is always trotted out as the easiest & quickest for London public transport connections, but as far as my experience goes Gatwick to Victoria is far quicker.
