Local scam artist

A man knocked on our door today and offered to take away some rubbish in our front garden. He hauled it all out onto the pavement and we paid him. He then said he was going to get his van and never came back. If this man knocks on your door - don't answer it!Description of person involved – Hair: White hair, dark eyebrows, Top: blue jacket, white shirt, Age: 50-60, Ethnicity: White, Sex: Male. If he had taken it chances are he would have fly tipped it in a local park and we would be complaining about that.If we want to stop fly-tipping we must stop paying opportunists to take our rubbish away.

The same guy did our street only one person used him did the same , the council fined the house owner.
