Acton high street - old parking garage what's the plan?

Does anyone know what's happening to the old parking site that has the shops underneath. It's fenced off but no action? Had yupa there before being kicked out.

Lets just hope Building Control keeps a close eye on that conversion. The freeholders are not known for being easy to deal with.

Turns out it's called Beechworth House.Planning has been granted for conversion to 18 flats for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors (6 on each) that used to be offices.
