Yes, I'm sure there are. These outlets, mainly takeaways and mainly Arabic (I'm sorry to say) have a turnover of staff (their mates) who are untrained in Food Hygiene so the proper and regulated running of the kitchen is completely ignored.If you go into one the bad management is clearly visible, though I'm sure there are some who follow the rules. These practices are in place to stop us all dying of food poisoning.The council does not monitor all premises adequately. It is also surprising that when given a very low rating (like 0) they are still able to trade and are not closed down.Go early on to a new outlet when the kitchen is clean!
