Hi Richard,She has just sends you her sincere apologies.She was at acton central at 10.30, went to take out her phone to gps your location and.....................No phone. she had dropped it somewhere on her journey.There was not much she could do.Needless to say it had other repercussions for her as she had not backed her numbers up!!

Hi Jeremy,Thank you for your recommendatjom but I must warn other forum members that your cleaner is neither reliable nor honest.We arranged with her to visit our house - and took time off work to meet - she did not turn up and ignored our subsequent text and calls.A waste of time and disrespectful.
