renewing parking permits.

Does Ealing council have the worsts web site going?I admit i am not the most computer literate person going however we have two cars and i want to renew my parking permits. I am not sure when either expires and can't find how to find out have waited 45 minutes on the phone and i have asked for call back which hasn't happened.i am not sure if i have opened a account or if i need to open to accounts one for each car.someone please help .

The simplest way to find out is to ask a traffic warden as they lurk in your road. They've always been very helpful and love people being friendly to them.

This is something that local Councillors have been helping with.  Do you know who yours are?

Ian, I would choose the option for a call back - they say to leave it 72 hours, but usually get back the same day.  Explain you aren't comfortable computer-wise, and if someone can help you over the phone to sort out this issue and the application - they should be able to do this.
