Ealing Council proposes abolishing Ward Fora (Forums?) to save money. Money, fora, or both to go?

Dear Peeps,Ealing Council is mulling over the proposal that Ward Fora(Forums?) could be abolished to save money. Does it intend to abolish the political operation of the fora or just remove their budgets, or both? Is there to be an alternative?See Councillor Jon Ball's Titter feed‏ @JonBallDec 11"The news from Ealing Council tonight is that the Labour administration want to axe ward forums and the local projects they find like zebra crossings and playgrounds. I see the need to save money but it would be better to cut same amount from Councilwide budgets. #EalingHour"

LOADS of reasons to prevent us, the honest Council Taxpayers, from knowing anything about anything - we only pay into The System for EVERYTHING and keep it ALL afloat. Know wot I mean?  Old "Two Houses, Two Jobs, Secret Council Loan, 'It's the Tory Cuts'" laughs in our faces. Wake up Ealing & Acton.

I think they may have decided not to levy CIL and haven't bothered to collect 106. Well not according to the spreadsheet which was up to date in January 2017, latest completed.They just have so much money, collecting more is obviously beneath them.I am about do another FOI asking for the information. The FOI department are getting fed up with my requests and have returned the last two for spurious reasons.

CIL or 106, where's the ton of money ploughed back into North Acton from all the Towers?Has CIL or 106 even been levied by this incompetent Council? If so, WHERE'S the money??????

Section 106 monies are often uncollected/unaccounted for as well.  And Section 106 doesn't even have to be spent in the vicinity of the contributing development, it can be spent anywhere in the Borough!There must be a vat of money from all the Towers at North Acton, where's that gone?

There is always money for what the want to fund like MIPIM in Cannes, or money they decide not to collect like CIL and empty property tax.
