Delivering Leaflets at 545 am?

This morning when I left my home on Goldsmith Avenue I was shocked to see a man in a black hoody standing in my neighbors porch.Once I was near the safety of my car I asked him loudly if I could help..he shouted back something ? Then proceeded to go in and out of other houses..looking like he was delivering leaflets or wanted to look like he was ?Anyone else think it’s strange to be delivering leaflets so early?

Caught that on my CCTV (I'm in West Acton). Definitely a strange one.Possibly an opportunistic burglar trying a tactic to get up close and personal with your front door to check activity. My door clearly displays 'no junk mail' yet he still posted his junk mail, I can't remember what it was as I usually bin anything that's not in an envelope.
