Our rubbish and food waste went on the correct day after Christmas according to the revised schedule.But the green garden waste bin, which should have been cleared on the same day, is still sitting there, 10 days later. I reported it and a week later sent in a complaint (both on line). Both were acknowledged, but the bin remains awaiting their attention. It will probably be cleared this coming week, which is the usual collection time. But that means they will have missed a collection - for which we have paid. I'm not holding my breath for a refund...
