2 guys wearing high viability suits and minors head lights on our street
At 4am this morning heard noise I thought someone going through our bins ,got up to see 2 guys wear orange high viability suits and head lamps going up our street one each side of the road, what are they doing seems they like they had a white long stick ,the really gave us a fright never seen it before.
