I noticed the headline showing the house in Shaa Road which recently sold for £6.2m. I never imagined that a house in Acton, even such a magnificent one, would be such a bargain.

Looks like a transposition error then - £6.2m instead of £2.6m. Slightly worrying that such a significant difference would have made it into the official record. Hopefully your client wasn't subject to capital gains tax!

Yes this appears to be an error. We (Aston Rowe) sold this house, 27 Shaa Road, to a client for £2.6m at the back end of 2018. Not sure how land registry have mixed this one up. £6m barrier still to be broken it seems....
