Police incident Alfred road

House in centre of Alfred road police taped off, police outside and just saw 3 forensic officers with full body suits and masks going in. Police won’t tell me much but doesn’t look great.....

Of course not - might be a drugs overdose, a stabbing, a domestic. Who knows?All I was saying is that we have no idea and that you cannot extrapolate from this to anything much with little information and that something of this sort (i.e. involving an unexplained death) has happened every few years. As it does in urban areas and some not so urban.

Dear Watch Member,A murder investigation has been launched after a man’s body was found in a property in Acton.Police were called to a property in Alfred Road, Acton, at 10.15hrs on Sunday, 27 January to a concern for welfare.Officers and the London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended.A man, thought to be aged in his 30s, was found deceased.At this early stage, his death is being treated as suspicious.The Homicide and Major Crime Command have been informed and detectives are working to establish the man's identity.A post-mortem will be carried out in due course.Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.If you need to reply regarding this message, click on this email address: owl.westarea@met.police.uk

Went I went back later 8 forensic officers had turned up and were going through everyone’s bins, searching in drains and under cars with mirrors and torches and going door to door interviewing people. News reporters also turned up, and police say the incident is treated as ‘suspicious’. So what does that suggest may have happen then Sara, a man died peacefully in his sleep?!

That's really rubbish. Does anyone know anything about this case? Do we know it's murder? And is it any sign of anything? I think not. I can recall a body being found in what was now Nara, maybe 15 years ago. And other incidents similarly. It happens. But I don't think you can extrapolate to anything much on the strength of virtually no facts.

Yes, it is. And it's what Acton is becoming.The very, very gradual breakdown of Law & Order is almost palpable. These perpetrators couldn't care less, they swagger around knowing full well that short of murdering someone they'll often get off fairly lightly. There's currently a Section 60 in place (Stop & Search) in Ealing but that will cease of course as soon as the inevitable PC Lefty Liberal objections are raised.We face stark choices and need to consider serious and unpopular alternatives, the  "Their mother didn't love them/they were abused as a child" approach just ain't workin'.  At all.IMHO of course.  :-)
