noise

is anyone else hearing what appears to be loud bass and which has been going on for most of the evening? Seems to be coming from the Acton Vale area.

Good luck with getting it closed down - if it is anything like the one that went on for months and months every other Saturday night, it is not an easy win - they are using a loop hole in planning permission which was meant for the likes of schools and churches for fetes and the like and by "showcasing local artists" they can have all night raves.  Not fun.  Problem is, the definition of what an artist is is so loose it can be anything more or less - including a DJ!

Don't worry it has been reported - but not on the night - not quite sure why. Should it happen again I will report it.

i tried to phone the noise nuisance line around midnight. Got cut off, and when I tried to.phone a second time I was told I was in a queue, so gave up.

Luckily I wasn't at home but my neighbours have told me of a rave taking place in Chilli Cheese studio which is next to Kwik Fit. Went on all night apparently although police and council have now been informed, in case it happens again.
