Acton high street

Went for a walk on acton high street and it was depressing to see so many eateries and shops closing down. The high street requires a major uplift similar to ealing/chiswick high street. Let's hope after the oaks development what changes do we expect on the high st.

Chiswick High Road has empty shops at the Sainsbury's end, it is depressing, I agree

Well been up to Acton high St Nothing,  but chuurchfield rd is worth a viste.

It's banks more than shops. The High Street desperately needs the Oaks Centre to be completed. It currently has all the negative impact through loss of parking (I hear Morrisons has become much stricter on parking overstays recently) and none of the positives of the extra customers that new shops would bring.
