Save the Goldsmiths Arms
April 12th this Friday is the deadline for adding your comments on the developers plans to demolish the Goldsmiths Arms, change its use to residential and build a block of flats. A coaching inn has stood on this site for 200 years. It is situated within the Acton Park Conservation Area, parts of it are locally listed, it is protected by the emerging London plan and the residents have registered it as an asset of community value. If we stand together in saying enough is enough to this mindless destruction of our community we can protect this pub as a community resource for all. This is your chance to have your voice heard.
