Public Spaces Protection Order - An Opportunity to Share your Views A borough wide Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) is being proposed across Ealing to improve the quality of life for residents and visitors. As part of this, the council welcomes views of the public.A PSPO gives the police and the council an additional means to tackle specified behaviours that are persistent and unacceptable and is used alongside existing powers and ongoing partnership work with other agencies and the community. Behaviours which are carried out in a public space and have a detrimental impact of the quality of life to people may include, but is not limited to, street drinking, fly-tipping, littering, verbal abuse, obstructing the highway, illegal drug use, urinating or, spitting.The consultation is open from Monday, 15 April 2019 and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.You can share your views online via www.ealing.gov.uk/consultations. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<Rosco White ● 2567d0 Comments
