Royal Mail
I received a parcel from Boots on Friday, delivered by Royal Mail - 48hrs Tracked. Before opening the package, I noticed that two parts of the tape securing the parcel had been cut giving access to the contents. Once opening the package, two hand sanitisers ordered were missing and the other 6 items left. Boots have confirmed that the hand santisiers were included in the package and sent with the order.Royal Mail have been advised of the situation and they say that there will be a internal investigation. However, as this is an internal matter, I would not be notified of any outcome. I was wondering if anyone else has had any issues with parcels being delivered in W3 lately?
