Top Notch Garage

Took my car for it's MOT to Chiswick Car Craft for the first time ever -- the garage is located on Acton Lane, shortly before the underpass into Chiswick -- on recommendations from friends.  I was delighted with the quick appointment I was able to book (same afternoon), fast work, and reasonable price.  Luckily, my car passed without anything more than a few bulbs changing, but such a good experience I thought I'd recommend them here.

as is the MoT garage in Gunnersbury Lane, just north of Acton Town station, west side.......we have always received an excellent honest service from them.

gemini autos stamford brook. Ask for Carlos and let him know i recommended him. Reliable, prompt and honest. Always used him! Helped me out when squirells ate through the electrics to my starter motor!

I use Dave at Rosebank and my neighbour recommends Chiswick Car Craft. There are a number of competent and keenly priced local garages which make using main dealer outlets a bad deal for all but the most specialist work. The only bad garage experience I've had was with Ford Alperton - I rest my case.

GnP on Birkbeck Road for us.Although when we were using Car Club you didn't worry about these things :)Made the mistake of using the VW garage in Chiswick the year we had a Golf.  The arrogance was outstanding.  Enough to deter me from ever buying another VW anything.

While the recommendations for small independent local garages are welcome, I just thought I ought to stand up for Alperton Ford! I've purchased my last two cars there, they have done all services and repairs, and I have no complaints at all... except, perhaps, the very charming but rather pushy salesmen who are always trying to persuade me to buy a new car!
