Water is no better for you than tea, milk, or orange juice."Cannot say I have noticed much advertising on bottled water, perhaps because I never actually read what is on the bottle because I could not care!! In fact I have a bottle of evian here on my desk (filled with water from work water machine, I refill it). I drink water because I like it, always have and always will, as kids we always had a jug of water in the fridge. As for your other liquid refreshments there are points which could be disputed such as caffeine level in tea not good if you drink that throughout the day, hardly going to drink milk all day urrgh and too much diary is not that good for you (obviously some is good) and the acid in orange juice corrodes the teeth and the sugar would be excessive if that was one's preferred tipple all day, I maintain water is a better option than all your other suggestions and the most refreshing, obviously in my opinion.
