New car tyre in Acton

Can someone please recommend somewhere in Acton where I can get a new tyre fitted or even repaired? I have a screw stuck in a back tyre and I'm not sure how long it will stay inflated for.In the past I have received an unsatisfactory service at both Norwestco and Kwik Fit, so I do not intend to go back to them in a hurry.

I always go to Norwesco. They've always been excellent with me and if they can repair instead of replace (at a fraction of the cost) they always do.

Try West London Mobile Tyre Service.020 7229 4685 I had a huge bolt imbedded in a tyre last week. I went through yellow pages. No one could or would come to me that day except WLMTS. Cost £56...good deal...ask for charlie

kwik fir. if you pay online you get a great discount and can book your convenient time to go in. I was quoted £100 for a new tyre and kwik fit was £63 great service

Kwik fit did a good repair for us, quick, helpful and friendly. If you need a new tyre the cheapest in the area I have found are Trade Tyres on the corner of Uxbridge Rd and Hetley Rd in Shepherds Bush. No connection, but my whole family have used them for years. 02089324321. Technically not Acton i know but only a couple of mins out.

Thank you for all your suggestions. In the end I decided to go with Kwik-Fit, based on Emma's recommendation. They provided a quick service and were very polite.On a similar topic, yesterday Halford's on Chiswick High Road changed a headlamp bulb for me, a  bargain at £5.99. I would highly recommend this service should you ever have the need.

Thanks Joanne thats great advice. Ive lost many a layer of knuckle skin trying to replace headlamps bulbs.
