Diamond Domestic Services (DDS) Old Oak Common Lane, the small parade of shops by Homebase.I've never had to use their repair service but for free advise,parts availability and price, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have used Diamond and found them mxed - good when they come out but quite difficult to contact/pin down.

I called Domex about a month ago re broken washing machine, they took details and said they would get back to me when they had found the part. They did not and I called several times that week and was assured they were looking for the part and would call back, never heard anything so steer clear of Domex.I called Frasers of Richmond and the man there assisted me. I am afrid I do not have the number to hand but if you look on W4 site the details were given in response to a thread started by me for washer/dryer.
