I worry whenever I see another high(er) density development. The heading says 45 units. Typically, most will be occupied by 2 people, either a couple or flat sharing, both of whom will likely have vehicles. Some will be families with children. Where will all these cars, traffic, and children go? Local schools are already over subscribed, most of the nearby roads are already full of parked cars. Very short sited not to include the additional infrastructure these sorts of developments need.Rant over.
