High Street

Just had an email from Cllr John Gallagher saying that there is a fire above the 24hr shop on the High Street (corner of High St and Crown Street).  Both streets are closed at present with traffic diverted up Market Place to Horn Lane

The BBC travel site says that the road has reopened as of 14:23.

Caused masses of chaos at the time with buses diverted and traffic backed up along Churchfield Road.
