Acton Saturday Market

It's a shame now that the former Acton Farmers Market is now down to three stalls. I think there were high hopes when it first started off. I wonder if it's still advertised in order to get some more trade for the Spring/Summer.

It has been crap ever since Martin left. But I don't understand the emphasis on a "farmer(')s(') market". What does that signify? Why not allow the fruit and veg man into the main area?

It isn't an official farmers' market now - attached to the organisation - and hasn't been for ages. I think too that losing a fish man - Martin particularly - was a disaster - but it must have been really precarious to go down just because of that.i think I was told that the farmers' market people wanted to focus on othere ones in West London - was it West Ealing?A shame anyhow
