I am about to put my flat on the market. Has anyone had any good (or bad) experiences with our local estate agents recently?

Would also love to know any experiences?. Particularly with either Bushells or Winkworths??

Bushells seem to dominate the area and I wonder if it is because they overprice the value to get your custom. Any personal experiences I too would be interested.

I just had a good experience with Kingsleigh whatever - but it was their West Hampstead office.
