Cycling is or used to be forbidden in Acton Park, when they used to have proper Park Keepers, they would stop you and tell you to walk, the dangers are obvious i.e. a child running out and getting hit by a bike, has probably never happened, but it's not impossible.So if cycling is now allowed in the park it must be due to the fact they can't enforce the old rules...blah blah blah
