I think they all do - my oven is going to cost £114 on Thursday - and they don't refund all of it if they are unable to repair it.Diamond are a bit cheaper but very elusive

It's such a pain. Sorry to hear about your purse Sara. I had my camera stolen from my car in Morrisons. The Manager told me then that they were going to spend loads on CCTV, but it's not much use if it doesn't work.
