Looking for a Man with a Van

Can anyone recommend a 'Man with a Van' for a move within Acton?  (Alternatively, if folks have had a good experience with a moving company, that'd be fine, too... I was looking for an inexpensive option where we could provide plenty of the muscle...)How much should one expect to pay for this sort of help for, say 4 hours?Thanks and enjoy the sunshine!
