Water leak - Acacia Road/Horn Lane

Hi all,Can anyone let me know if this has been fixed today - it is leaking from the hydrant manhole cover at the junction of Acacia Road/Horn Lane, I reported it to Thames Water at 6:00 this morning on my way to work and just before 6:30 one of their representatives phoned me and said he would get an engineer out within four hours, which I thought was a very good response time for Thames Water (perhaps this was because it was early in the morning, or that there are fewer burst water mains around at the moment).So if anyone could give me updates as to whether anything has been done while I am at work I would be grateful!

TW have definitely been out to it. Not sure whether it's fixed though.

Aggressive leak outside the Albion and the road works mean funny camber and no drainage....so the level is rising quite fast.TW say they will be there by 17.40

I noticed someone entering the Albion this morning at 7.15am by the side gate.

Yes there are several workmen there today and a big delivery of building stuff happened in the last hour.

TW promised action by 1740 which didn't seem to happen but they are beaveting away down there now - at around 21.30.Still very damp and soggy though
