Am going stir crazy - how does the "service" industry get away with it
A warning against using Repair care or their contractors Wash-vac.This is the second time I have sat here going bonkers because this pair of coyboys are wholly unable to turn up when they say they will to mend my oven or to keep me informed of what they are playing at.They were quite efficient at taking the £114 they charge not to give me any service however.Wash-vac not answering phones at all and Repaircare saying feebly that they can't do anything and anyhow their system is down.What shall I do next? (apart from all the chores I could be doing) it's amazing how much knowing you can't go out, makes you desperate to do so.
