Remember we were being ignored by the Lib Dems until the 'Clegg effect' kicked in. Before that they didn't see it as a possible win, witness their limited campaigning. National swings can play to form in established clear cut seats, but in a close three way with a boundary change thrown in, stick to who you support. Interesting to speculate how big a bet you'd have to place to swing the odds in someone's favour?
