George & Dragon
We had a great afternoon on Sunday this weekend celebrating my son's 1st birthday at the George, we hired out the function room at the back. The George put on a great (under our request) vegetarian buffet, at reasonable price and were very accommodating and welcoming of lots of toddlers! Have been there lots of times and love the choice of beers there (freedom days pre-baby!). The function room is such a lovely space and everyone who came was impressed. Just a bit of a shame there was no beer garden (just a small courtyard for smokers) on a beautiful day like that. But probably saved lots of burned skin!
