The Big Lunch - is anyone interested?

This came up on the streetbank newsletter and looks rather a good idea: a whole lot of community gatherings across the UK on July 18th.Unfortunately I can't do it because it's the farewell celebrations for my husband's boss after 22 years as Headmaster of the Yehudi Menuhin School - so three-line whip. But The Big Lunch looks fun and there doesn't seem to be one around here so maybe there should be an ActonW3 forum one. Just a thought. www.thebiglunch.com

There's a piece on the front page about getting council permission for road closures - some people must be having very big lunches indeed.
