Annoying Horn Blowers on Grove rd

Are these idiots bugging anyone else in the area buy blowing there air horns at all hours of the night, police cant respond , ealing council cant do anything unless they catch them in the act. Anyone know there land lord (49 Grove Rd)? advice on what to do? Asking them to refrain has been met buy mild rudeness .

yep.. but these morons have been at it for months now. i think there australians so there 4 nil thrashing has made them exceptionally noisy tonight
