I doubt very much Stirling rd recycled bikes go to charity as most bikes at the centre are sold off to customers!Contact your local councillor to see if these can be redistributed locally (South Acton Ward)Another outlet would be to contact local bike outlets Halfords Woolseys etc to see if customers have disposed of there bikes,just make sure they are road worthy and serviced before passing them on!I help out the kids on the South Acton Estate with there bikes and servicing, not a penny in my pocket,good to see them active and interested in bike servicing/mechanics.I must also add it stops the kids buying stolen bikes a major concern or was in the area ,this can only be positive for everyone, so please pass your old bikes on.
