maybe answer the question, churchfield road has the footfall of the living dead, not many people buy, its a really great place if you want a hair do, or to get drunk or eat, but as a business your going to struggle, Silvercloud closed because of lack of customers, footfall, poor takings etc as do so many other businesses. have a good week have a bad week, the competition between cafes and hair dressers must be alot of pressure too considering there are how many? The problem is you can buy only so much and its having a really good attiudue towards your customers and having the time and money to put in what is alot of effort to get very little back after much effort. I do wish those who open up down there the best of luck but dont count on it as the sole of your business as its really not going to make you millions. But i can say its a great learning experience for those starting out for the first time. If anything i wouldnt remorgage my housre to have a business in this street. I think the drug dealers must do well though and hopefully by the end of it get a really nice 4 walled shelter down the local nick. hope everyone is well..... Phil
