Development alert.....Shakespeare Road

Being sold for development......89/91 Shakespeare Road. Offers in excess of 1 million.......Lots of interest from buyers in this historical building which, in 1866, housed Actons first privately owned swimming baths fed by an artesian well underneath the building and land within. Evidence of the swimming pool can still be seen to this day. Comes with it's own ghost !!......something i can attest to.Another piece of Acton's history sadly going........

Well, Sara, after 19 years of trading in Acton, it bites the dust.He is unsure of his plans just yet.......Greedy landlords and sky high business rates make it very hard to set up a business nowadays unless of course you are one of the 'big boys' like bookies, fast food franchises et al...Sad....

How very sad Elle. So many business closing down.I am very intrigued about the ghost story!!! I like watching stuff like "Most Haunted" so what about this ghost then?
